The Cloning Effect Program duration varies due to different factors including your chosen program package, specific requirements, and interviewing process. On average, it would take about 30 days to fully hire and onboard a new team member.

What systems can you help me set up?

This will depend on your chosen program package. We offer add-ons based on the system you want to apply to your business process. (E.g. Monday for you project management). For more information on add-ons, book a free consultation call with us so we can create customized program plan for you.

Do you train the new team member?

We do not offer skill training for your new hire except for Customer Service. We make sure we provide you with experienced professionals that match your work style.

What if the hire doesn’t fit my team? I fire them or they quit?

In rare cases that you are dissatisfied with the virtual assistant we have provided you, we can offer to rehire you a new person for FREE. This is only applicable within 30 days of the hiring date of the virtual assistant.

Do you charge monthly fees for each hire?

We do not charge monthly fees to you or your hire. The virtual assistant will be hired directly under your team.

What if I don't have that many tasks to delegate?

We also help our clients find part-time virtual assistants that can assist them on an hourly basis.
